EthicSport Performance Sete Lemon contains a scientifically formulated concentration of carbohydrates (glucose) and electrolytes. The quantity and ratio of glucose and electrolytes have been chosen in order to optimize the rate at which these substances can be used by the muscles.
The composition of carbohydrates contained, enables a constant release and supply of glucose into the blood, enabling glycogen sparing in the muscles, helping to delay the feeling of exhaustion.
The contained ingredients contribute to:

- the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production (vitamins C, B1, B2 & B5, Mg, Ca)
- the reduction of tiredness & fatigue (vitamins C, B2 & B5, Mg)
- the normal functioning of the nervous system (vitamins C, B1 & B2, Mg, K)
- Vmaintaining the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense exercise (vitamin C) *
- the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins C & B2) *
Dosage
1 sachet of 22 g.
Instructions of use
Dissolve 1 sachet into 500-600 ml of water.
Consume 50-100 ml of the solution at regular intervals every 15-20 minutes.
For prolonged activities, we recommend that you do not take more than 800 ml of solution per hour in order to avoid gastro-intestinal upset. However, gastric tolerance is highly subjective in each individual and so optimal tolerance and use should be practiced in training.
Cautions
The expiration date applies to the product in its intact container when stored as directed.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
