Epsilon Health Effecol Fiber is an oral dietary supplement with fiber (gum guar) and simethicone for constipation.
Guar gum belongs to the fiber and has the property of trapping a large amount of water in the intestine, facilitating bowel movements. In addition, it has a prebiotic effect ("food" of probiotics) that contributes to the healthy intestinal flora and the growth of beneficial probiotic microorganisms. Simethicone has the ability to absorb intestinal gases and reduce bloating and abdominal pain.
In this way it helps to balance the intestinal flora and to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Dosage
1 to 2 sachets per day
Instructions of use
It is recommended to dissolve in water, juice or yogurt for maximum effect.
