Doctor's Formula Sedar is a dietary supplement that helps with relaxation and sleep. Its composition contains passionflower, valerian, hawthorn, L-tryptophan and melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. *
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) (HMPC) have approved the use of valerian, passionflower, hawthorn and escholtsia as traditional herbal remedies to relieve mild nervous tension and mild sleep disorders.
Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
It is taken 1 hour before sleep.

Storage
