Genecom Terra Inositol is a dietary supplement with inositol, in the bioavailable form of myosinositol in combination with B-complex vitamins, for maximum absorption and regulation of hormonal balance.
Inositol belongs to the complex of B vitamins and is important for the health of the brain and the nervous system, but also for female fertility. Inositol is also involved in the metabolism of insulin, fats and is important for liver health.
In recent years it has been studied for its role in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Increased concentrations of myoinositol in the follicular fluid appear to play a positive role in follicular maturation and are an indicator of good egg quality. *

Instructions of use
Dissolve in a glass of water and consume after a meal.
