Lamberts Myo-Inositol Powder is a dietary supplement with inositol, in the bioavailable form of myosinositol.
Myoinositol is one of the 9 isomers of inositol, a vitamin that belongs to the complex of Vitamins B (Vitamin B8). It is produced endogenously in the body and is found in a variety of foods such as fruits, legumes and nuts.
Inositol belongs to the complex of B vitamins and studies have shown that it plays an important role in neurotransmission, while it participates in the metabolism of insulin, fats and is important for liver health. Myoinositol plays an important role as the main building block of a large number of secondary messengers.
In recent years it has been closely studied in relation to its role in the insulin signaling pathway (Insulin signaling Pathway), in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as it seems to increase egg quality and therefore fertility. *

Dosage
4 grams of powder (2 grams in the morning / 2 grams in the evening).
Instructions of use
Preferably taken half an hour before meals.
