Prevent Basic Shake is a meal replacement for the carbohydrate-based Prevent diet program.
The dietary supplement replaces 2 main meals per day and is aimed at people who have to lose less than 7 kg. The Prevent Basic product of the Prevent diet aims to lose weight, reduce fat and weight.
It contains a high percentage of milk proteins (49%), low fat, 1000 mg Linoleic acids per serving and 12% rich in Cocoa flavonoids. It causes a feeling of satiety and helps reduce the calories consumed daily. It is taken twice a day in combination with a balanced diet. Provides the body with the necessary nutrients.
The formula differs in that it does not contain fructose but a natural sweetener sucralose, it contains less fat and is highly saturated, as well as a number of vitamins and minerals to strengthen and support the whole body. It does not contain mutated ingredients and preservatives while it has natural aromas.
Dosage
16.6 g of powder 1-2 times a day.
Instructions of use
2 times a day 1 scoop (16.6gr) Prevent Basic in 300 ml of dairy product up to 1.5% fat. It replaces 2 meals and has 28 servings.
