Oatmeal muffin recipe with chocolate and almond milk

Ingredients
- 200gr Oat flour
- 1 tsp Baking pantouer
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 100 gr Coconut sugar
- 250 ml Almond milk without sugar
- 1k.s. Lemon juice
- 80 ml Sunflower
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100 gr Dark chocolate drops
Directions
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar in a bowl until they become a uniform mixture. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix well in a blender. Put the mixture into small cupcakes and then put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
