Instructions of use
Adults: Add 8 drops of Cellfood to a glass of water or juice, 3 times a day. The dose can be divided into 12 drops in the morning and 12 drops in the evening.
Athletes: Add 24 drops to 750ml of water and consume throughout the day.
Children over 6 years: Add 4 drops of Cellfood to a glass of water or juice, 2 times a day.

Cellfood can also be used externally on the skin on bruises and minor abrasions. For external application, dissolve 1 drop in 100 ml of sterile water.
