Vitamin K2 Daily Oral Spray by BetterYou is a supplement with vitamin K2 in its most absorbable and bioavailable form, that of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), from a 100% plant source.
Vitamin K2 plays a huge role in activating a number of special proteins. The most important of these proteins are osteocalcin and matrix GLA protein. When these proteins are activated, they guide calcium into the bones and prevent it from settling in the blood vessels (vascular calcification). Vitamin K is therefore essential for bone health and the prevention οf osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Instructions of use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before each use. Spray carefully in your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Use 3 sprays daily (or as directed by your doctor).
It does not need to be taken with food or water, it can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Contraindications
Do not take together with anticoagulant drugs.

After opening, use within 6 months.
