Instructions of use
Bath
Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath
Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.

Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left exposed. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags.
Use within 12 months of opening.

The lower the cellular levels of magnesium in your body, the more noticeable the itching. It is important to remember that this is not an allergic reaction. After 3 or 4 daily applications this feeling disappears.
