Bio-Agros Organic Beluga Lentils are extremely nutritious & digestible and can be used in many recipes.
Beluga lentils are more digestible than classic lentils and are particularly rich in protein & fiber. They also contain the antioxidant proanthocyanidins, to which they owe their color.
They are cooked like classic lentils and are ideal for soups, salads or in combination with rice.
Dosage
Use as much as needed, depending on the recipe or the meal where it will be used.
