Sueno is a nutritional supplement for insomnia that combines melatonin with three herbal extracts (Valerian, Passiflora and California poppy).
Sueno dual layer tablets allow the release of the active ingredients in two phases for better action.
Melatonin is a hormone that is produced by the human body during the night and helps to regulate the sleep and wake cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (organism's biological clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep. Melatonin helps reduce sleep time. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. *
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicines (HMPC) have approved the use of valerian, pasiflora and escolchia as traditional herbal remedies to relieve mild nervousness, symptoms of mental stress and insomnia.
Dosage
1 tablet per day.
Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken half an hour before bedtime.
Contraindications
Due to lack of data, use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended. It is advisable to avoid using it before driving and using heavy vehicles.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
