A. Vogel Kelp is a natural iodine supplement from seaweed. Kelp algae (Macrocystis pyrifera) is one of the richest sources of natural vitamins of the B complex (B1, B2, B6, B12), minerals and trace elements (copper, chromium, zinc, selenium, iron, iodine). They contribute to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland in activating the metabolism. In particular, they increase fat burning and help the body meet its needs for nutrients.
