A. Vogel Avenaforce is a tincture of organic oats (Avena Sativa). Oats are rich in nutrients, mainly B vitamins and help the health of the nervous system, regulate metabolism while exerting a mild sedative effect. Oats have a relaxing effect against hypertension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Herbal Medicine Committee (HMPC) have approved the use of oats as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving mild anxiety symptoms and insomnia.
Dosage
10-15 drops in a little water, 3 to 5 times a day. For use as a sleep aid, 30-40 drops daily before bedtime.
Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
