For many women, some days of the month can be very difficult… Period pains and cramping can drastically reduce mood, so we don’t even want to get out of bed!

To relieve the symptoms, without the use of painkillers, we can follow the following tips:

1.Drink plenty of water

2. Eat more vegetables, fresh fruits and carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice and spaghetti.

3. Limit alcohol, sugar, fatty foods, sweets, coffee and salt.

4. Avoid smoking

5. Do aerobic exercise.

6. It is very helpful to get vitamins B2, B12 and E, as well as calcium and magnesium.

7. Evening primrose oil can also provide valuable help, as it relieves period symptoms and is a rich source of essential unsaturated fatty acids, such as gamma linoleic acid (GLA).

A great choice for period pains is Power Health’s Evening Primrose Oil! It is a supplement with primrose oil, which is a rich natural source of polyunsaturated fatty acid gamma-Linolenic Acid or GLA. GLA belongs to the family of essential omega 6 polyunsaturated fats that the body is unable to synthesize on its own. Therefore, their daily intake through diet is more than necessary.

Say goodbye to period pains and never let the difficult days of the month make life difficult for you!
