Summer is coming and it’s time to detoxify your body. Teas are beverages with many benefits, because of their rich composition in herbs and spices which gives them several properties. According to the principles of Ayurveda, tea aims to balance body and spirit.

Yogi Tea Detox Bio is a blend of herbs and spices that helps detoxify the body. It is made up of organic ingredients, has a slightly spicy flavor and is a great drink for:

Ingredients

Cardamom is one of the most popular spices in Asia. It has a light sweet-spicy flavor. It belongs to the Ginger family but has a richer taste. Traditionally, it was used to treat stomach disturbances, while also promote better digestive and respiratory functioning.

Black pepper

Black pepper is one of the most important spices in the world and is also known as the king of spices. It has a spicy and strong flavor and it helps in digestion. Its rich composition in antioxidants helps body fight free radicals, while also has diuretic properties and helps reduce fluid retention.

Turmeric

Curcuma or otherwise known as turmeric is a plant that grows primarily in Asia and the Mediterranean area. It belongs to the family of ginger plants and its properties have been known for many thousands of years. It offers powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action.

 

Brewing Suggestions
