6+1 things to do before you go to the beach

   Temperatures are already too high, so its time to wear our swimsuit and go to the beach. But, are there any tips in order to improve our appearance and boost our confidence just before we go to the beach?

Improve your posture

Good posture is the quickest and easiest way to look better with your favorite bikini. A good start is to keep your back straight, your shoulders back and to distribute your weight evenly on both hips.

 

Toning exercises

At the last moment, we can not make miracles, but we can improve our appearance, to be and feel more good looking. If there are no contraindications, you can to do some push-ups, squats, abs and dorsal exercises each day from 3 sets of 8-12 reps. So you will quickly stimulate the most basic muscles of your body.

 

Reduce calories

Losing unnecessary weight cannot be achieved within a few days, but every little step is a good start. Reduce the number of calories you consume every day, avoid eating out or consume sweets and junk food and you will see that even in a few days your body will begin to transform.

 

Detoxification and water retention

Do you have flatulence and fluid retention? There is a way to lose excess fluids in just a few days. Reduce or cut salt, increase water consumption and boost your diet with special dietary supplements and juices that help reduce fluid retention and detoxify your body like birch juice.

Reduce swelling and bloating
