Oatmeal muffin recipe with chocolate and almond milk

  Are you fond of cakes and chocolate? You just have to try the delicious chocolate cupcakes with oat and almond milk!

  Small, nutritious and full flavor chocolate muffins are a nutritious snack. Organic oatmeal flour is rich in soluble dietary fibers that improve health of the intestine and is a rich source of B complex vitamins. It is a natural source of beta-glucans which strengthen immune system and offer a cardiovascular and gastrointestinal protection.

  Coconut sugar gives a sweet taste while also supplies body with vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, zinc, iron, copper and many essential amino acids. It is a rich source of B complex vitamins and inositol while also gives a natural sweet caramel flavor. Coconut sugar has a low glycemic index.

  The organic almond milk without added sugar is a natural source of calcium and beneficial fats (monounsaturated fatty acids). It is free of gluten and lactose and also gives a rich flavor to muffins.


  • 200gr Oat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pantouer
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 100 gr Coconut sugar
  • 250 ml Almond milk without sugar
  • 1k.s. Lemon juice
  • 80 ml Sunflower
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 gr Dark chocolate drops



Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar in a bowl until they become a uniform mixture. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix well in a blender. Put the mixture into small cupcakes and then put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
