What is MSM?

   It is a water soluble metal and not a vitamin. Contra-indications

   High intake of MSM can cause gastrointestinal disturbance, diarrhea, fatigue and headache. Do not take MSM during pregnancy, lactation, childhood or if there are any health problems such as renal stones and renal insufficiency.
