What is MSM?

   It is a water soluble metal and not a vitamin. It exists normally in the human body and it very important for cell functions. Provides sulfur in the body and has many actions, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and nutrient absorption. Do not take MSM during pregnancy, lactation, childhood or if there are any health problems such as renal stones and renal insufficiency.
