What is MSM?

It is a water soluble metal and not a vitamin. It exists normally in the human body and it very important for cell functions. Contra-indications

High intake of MSM can cause gastrointestinal disturbance, diarrhea, fatigue and headache. Do not take MSM during pregnancy, lactation, childhood or if there are any health problems such as renal stones and renal insufficiency. Individuals with spider veins must not use topical crams and gels that contain MSM.
