Nature's Plus Niacin dietary supplement contains 100 mg of the active Vitamin B3.
It consists of 2 active molecules, nicotinamide and nicotinic acid. Rich sources of Vitamin B3 are brewer's yeast, meat (chicken, turkey), whole grains, tuna, milk, eggs, nuts (eg nuts) as well as some fortified cereals.
Lack of it is rare but can cause loss of appetite, fatigue, weakness and very rarely pellagra.
Niacin contributes to normal psychological function, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of normal mucous membranes, maintenance of normal skin, reduction of fatigue and tiredness. *

Contraindications

Side effects
