Lamberts Silica Complete is a dietary supplement with zinc, biotin, vitamin C, MSM and silica for the health of connective tissue, hair, nails and skin.
Zinc helps maintain hair and nail health, biotin helps maintain skin health, and Vitamin C contributes to the normal synthesis of skin collagen. * The above are official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Collagen is the main and most important protein of the human skin and at the same time the most important protein of the human body.
In addition, MSM (Methylsulfomethane), a component of natural origin containing sulfur and a high amount of silica, has been added, which is one of the key trace elements for the structure and integrity of connective tissue. Silicon is of natural origin as it comes from plant silica (Bamboo gum). Vegetable silica is the richest (provides 75% organic silicon) and bioavailable silica in the world and the form in which the majority of published clinical trials have been conducted.
Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken 1 hour before meal.
