The Nοw B-100 complex is a supplement with a complex of B vitamins. The B complex vitamins are a group of water-soluble nutrients with common characteristics.
B vitamins are found in nature in many foods such as meat, chicken, cereals and brewer's yeast. They are necessary for many metabolic and biochemical functions of the body. Many of the B-complex vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid), in the treatment of fatigue and tiredness (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid), as well as in maintenance of normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid). Take one capsule per day after meal.
Contraindications
Due to the metabolism of Vitamin B2, a bright yellow color may be observed in the urine. It is a normal reaction and disappears after a while.
