The Nοw Turmeric and Bromelain dietary supplement contains turmeric and bromelain, offering anti-inflammatory protection and working beneficially against indigestion.
More specifically, the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC), have approved the use of turmeric as a traditional herbal digestive aid in cases of indigestion, bloating and biliary disorders.
Recent studies have shown that Bromelain can relieve sports minor injuries as well as joint inflammation. In addition it is thought to promote the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cells and reduce the production of inflammatory prostaglandins. It seems to have a synergistic effect together with curcumin (Turmeric), as it helps its absorption. *

Dosage
1 to 2 capsules up to 2 times a day

Take the capsules preferably with food.
Contraindications
It is not indicated for people taking anticoagulants or planning to have surgery.
