Lepicol is a dietary supplement with a unique combination of fiber from psyllium bark, 5 probiotics & inulin (prebiotic) for normal intestinal function. The ingredients of Lepicol come from natural sources and are not absorbed by the body, but reach and act directly in the intestine without causing irritation.

Dosage
1 teaspoon.
Instructions of use
Adults: Mix 1 to 2 full teaspoons with a glass of water or juice and consume immediately, once or twice a day. It is necessary to drink a second glass of water. It is recommended to start with a low dose and increase it gradually.
Children: Mix half to 1 full teaspoon with a glass of water or juice and consume immediately, once or twice a day. It is necessary to drink a second glass of water.
Take at least 30 minutes before eating.
Taking it without drinking water can make it difficult to swallow and is not recommended.
Each full teaspoon should always be taken with 250 ml of liquid.
Contraindications
The consent of a physician is required for use in children under 11 years of age.
