Health Aid Vegan Omega 3-6-9 is a balanced formula of omega fatty acids from flaxseed, for cardiovascular health.
Omega 3 ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (daily intake of 2 gr) [Official Health Statements from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
The beneficial components of fish oil are the two Οmega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
