Health Aid Omega 3-6-9 is a balanced formula of high purity omega fatty acids from a combination of fish oil and vegetable oils, for cardiovascular health. It contains Ω3 from fish oils, Ω6 from borage oil and Ω9 from olive oil.
DHA and EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA in combination with EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 g DHA in combination with EPA) and normal heart function. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision (daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA). Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. *
Omega-6 fatty acids belong to the polyunsaturated fatty acids. The most well-known omega-6 is Linoleic Acid (GLA). Omega-9 is rich in Oleic Acid, which belongs to the unsaturated fats.
Dosage
3 capsules daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after meals.
