A. Vogel Herbamare is a sea salt combined with vegetables, herbs and seaweed, ideal for replacing common salt to upgrade salads & various foods.
Supplements the diet with iodine and minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium. At the same time, it flavors salads and meals.
The vegetables and aromatic herbs contained in Herbamare are organically grown and processed within a few hours of harvest.
They are then cleaned, finely chopped and mixed with natural sea salt. The above mixture is cured for 1 year, in order to remove the remaining moisture through a special process.
The process mentioned above, allows the flavors & aromas of herbs and vegetables to be fully integrated into the crystalline structure of the salt.
Dosage
Use according to your liking / the recipe followed.
Instructions of use
Use it by substituting common salt for vegetables, potatoes, meat, fish and seafood.
