Bio-Ygeia Buckwheat organically farmed buckwheat, which is a seed of a low-bush originated in Asia and widespread in Europe.
Buckwheat is gluten-free and is rich in protein, B vitamins, vitamins E and K, folic acid, minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc.
It has beneficial effects on cholesterol by lowering and stabilizing blood sugar levels thanks to the soluble fiber it contains. It gives energy to the body and contributes to the proper functioning of the circulatory system.
It can substitute potatoes and rice daily, while it can be perfectly combined with peas and beans. It can also be added to salads, soups and boiled food.
Dosage
Use as much as needed, depending on the recipe or the meal where it will be used.
Instructions of use
Recipe for Buckwheat
Materials:
1 cup raw of buckwheat, 2 cups of water.
Recipe execution:
Rinse the buckwheat and put it in a pot with water, boil it on low heat until the buckwheat becomes fluffy and absorbs all the water for about 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon. As it boils it will absorb its liquids and fresh herbs can be optionally added.
Contraindications
May contain traces of nuts, soy, gluten and sesame.
