Health Aid Saw Palmetto is a nutritional supplement with extract from the plant Serenoa repens, which is traditionally used for the health of the male urinary system.
Phoenix of North America (Serenoa Repens), whose fruits have a positive effect on the health of the prostate gland. Naturally produced testosterone by the body is converted to dihydrotestosterone, which is responsible for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
The main active ingredients of the fruit are fatty acids and sterols and of these, β-sitosterols are the ones that interfere with the metabolism of testosterone, thanks to their similar structure, inhibiting the production of dihydrotestosterone (The above information about its ingredients are results of studies. Saw palmetto is traditionally used to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty urinating or frequent urination [Approval: Committee on Medicinal Plants of Origin (HMPC) / European Medicines Agency (EMA)].

Dosage
1 tablet daily.

Preferably to be taken after meals.
Contraindications
To be taken at a distance from iron supplements.
