Health Aid Vitamin B6 is a pyridoxine supplement in slow release tablets. Pyridoxine is a water-soluble vitamin B complex. It is the most versatile active vitamin B complex. It is characterized by significant biological effects as it contributes *:

Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken after meals. Long-term intake is not recommended.
Contraindications
Concomitant use with antibiotic therapy is contraindicated. If it is necessary to take the preparation, keep a distance of at least 3 hours between taking them. Long-term intake of this amount of vitamin may cause numbness in the extremities.
Side effects
Avoid taking high doses (> 500mg per day) as there is a risk of causing serious neurological disorders.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
