Solgar Lactase is a dietary supplement with lactase. Lactase is an enzyme useful in cases of consumption of dairy products when there is a problem in breaking down lactose (milk sugar) or lactose intolerance.
So it can help digest milk products and is taken just before consuming them.

Dosage
1 chewable tablet before consumption of a food / drink containing lactose.
Instructions of use
It can be taken before or in parallel with the consumption of dairy products.
