Lamberts Green Lipped Mussel is a nutritional supplement containing a natural mussel extract.
The green mussel (Perna canalicus) is found only in the clear waters of New Zealand. Many studies are investigating the efficacy of green mussel (GLME) in arthritis, since it has been found that one of its active ingredients is based on a protein molecule that helps the joints mobility.

Dosage
1-3 tablets daily. The clinical outcome is usually evident after 4 or 8 weeks of continuous use. However, cases have been described where the desired result was achieved in 1 week and others where it was achieved after 6 months.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with meals.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of shellfish allergy, during pregnancy and lactation.
Cautions
The smell of Green Lipped Mussel is completely natural and is not a sign of deterioration of the product. During the first few days of receiving the product, sensitivity of the affected joint may appear, which if the product continues to gradually decrease.

Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
