Το συμπλήρωμα διατροφής Horse Chestnut Seed Extract της Solgar περιέχει εκχύλισμα σπόρων του δένδρου Aesculus Hippocastanum με κύρια δραστική ουσία την aescin. Έχει αντιφλεγμονώδεις και στυπτικές ιδιότητες και ταυτόχρονα τονώνει τα τοιχώματα των φλεβών και των αγγείων. Βελτιώνει τη δομική σταθερότητα των φλεβών και δρα κατά των οιδημάτων. Χρήσιμο σε περιπτώσεις κιρσωδών φλεβών και για τις αιμορροίδες.
Ο Ευρωπαϊκός Οργανισμός Φαρμάκων (EMA) και η Επιτροπή Φαρμάκων Φυτικής Προέλευσης (HMPC), έχουν εγκρίνει τη χρήση των σπόρων ιπποκαστανιάς σαν παραδοσιακό φυτικό βοήθημα:
- για την αντιμετώπιση των συμπτωμάτων του αισθήματος βάρους στα άκρα που σχετίζονται με ήπιες φλεβικές διαταραχές του κυκλοφορικού συστήματος.
- για την ανακούφιση από τους μώλωπες και το οίδημα μετά από επιφανειακούς μικρο-τραυματισμούς.

Do not take together with anticoagulants.

It does not contain salt, sugar, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy and animal products, and no preservatives or colors are used in the preparation. Contains soy.
