Health Aid Psyllium Husk is a fiber supplement from Plantago ovata seed. Plantago Ovata Herb is rich in fiber and insoluble polysaccharides (arabinoxylanes), which have the ability to produce a sticky substance in the presence of water, keeping the stools moisturized and soft.
Psyllium is traditionally used [Approval: European Union Medicinal Products Committee-HMPC]:
- To relieve constipation (not due to chronic organic problems).
- As a stool softener in cases such as hemorrhoids.
- To increase the intake of dietary fiber in people with irritable bowel syndrome or constipation or with high blood cholesterol levels.

Instructions of use
Add one heaped tablespoon ( appox 6 gm) to a glass of water of juice, stir vigorously until mixed and drink immediately.
