Health Aid Artichoke is a dietary supplement of an artichoke herb extract with positive effects on digestive health, known since ancient times. It belongs to the same family (Asteraceae) of plants as the Milk Thistle. Artichoke leaves are rich in glycosides and flavonoids, which enhance their antioxidant activity, but the main active substance due to its beneficial properties is cynarin.
Artichoke is traditionally used to relieve digestive disorders such as mild indigestion, fullness, bloating and flatulence [Approval: European Union Herbal Medicine Committee-HMPC].
Health Aid's Artichoke 8350mg is titrated in cynarin (2.5%) and contains a combination of artichoke extract and powder mixture for best results.
Dosage
1-2 tablets daily.
