Lamberts St John's Wort is a diet supplement with St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum). The main active ingredient of St John's Wort is hypericin and is the indicator of the titration of the Lamberts extract.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of st john's wort as a traditional short-term herbal remedy for symptoms of mild mood disorders and relief of temporary mental exhaustion.
Dosage
