Lamberts' CalAsorb is a calcium citrate supplement in combination with Vitamin D for high absorption.
Calcium is one of the key metals in the body. Adequate calcium intake is essential both during development where children's bone mass is built and later in life, where there is a gradual decomposition of bone mass and a decrease in bone density. Of course it is found in dairy products and certain fruits.
Calcium is one of the most important minerals for the body as it is required to maintain the normal state of teeth and bones, plays a role in the process of cell division and specialization and contributes to normal blood clotting, to normal metabolic function processes aimed at energy production, normal muscle function, normal neurotransmission and normal digestive enzyme function.*
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and to the maintenance of normal bone status.*
Lack of calcium initially leads to osteopenia which is largely reversed and then to osteoporosis, where the risk of bone fractures is significantly increased.
Dosage
3 tablets daily.

Preferably to be taken after meals.
